Instructions

The FSC Choice Fund distributes funds to abortion providers, not directly to patients. To receive assistance, make an appointment at your preferred clinic; then call Fountain Street Church  at 616-459-8386 (option 2) and leave a message with your name, date of appointment, phone number, and if we can leave a message at that number.

Someone will call you back within 24 hours. We try to provide some financial support to all of our callers.

The Fountain Street Church Choice Fund is Michigan’s oldest abortion fund. Fountain Street Church – an independent and non-denominational community – established the Choice Fund decades ago to help people with abortion costs in Michigan. The FSC Choice Fund continues its mission to make abortion care accessible to everyone throughout the state.
